1. This offer is not open to existing clients (as of March 1st, 2012) of Seaspace International Forwarders Ltd (herewith known as Seaspace International).
2. This offer will commence on Wednesday March 7th, 2012 and end on Monday May 7th, 2012.
3. You will automatically be entitled to a credit note reference on submission of a quote request via www.seaspace-int.com only.
4. Multiple entries will be accepted but only one credit note will be issued per entrant.
5. To qualify, new client entrants must send an enquiry that converts to a booking for the shipment of goods within 2012.
6. The credit note will be redeemable against a second booking made to, with and through Seaspace International and will be deducted from the sum owed to Seaspace International for that second shipment and any previously incurred outstanding debt.
7. The credit note may not be redeemed against any invoice for Customs Duties, VAT and other taxes.
8. The credit note may be redeemed against an invoice issued by Seaspace International to the value of and exceeding £250.00.
9. The credit note will be valued in UK Sterling. Conversion to other currencies will be at the discretion of Seaspace International.
10. No cash alternative can be substituted.
11. Seaspace International is compliant with data protection acts. Our policy is such that we will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent.
