In 1988 Margaret Thatcher was prime minister of the UK, The Olympics were held in Seoul, Korea and Seaspace International Forwarders Limited was born.
Back then Seaspac
e was just two people in a small office in the original airport terminal building at Gatwick. Our Financial Director Deborah Fisher (Holder at the time) was one of the original two and is still here today.
The somewhat larger Seaspace team of today celebrated Deb’s 25th anniversary with Champagne, flowers and 25 individually themed cupcakes. Deb said she was genuinely moved at the celebrations laid on by her colleagues and said it seemed like only yesterday the fun began.
